Raft Casting Deck

So maybe you have a raft and you want to fish with a little bit better sight lines? You'd like to have a little bit better vantage point to see things with a little more clarity and definition. You'd like to take those longer shots from a place where you can see those fish from farther away and lay out that perfect cast to those super spooky dragons laid up in the shallows. Our removable casting deck will bring that magic to your life the moment you bolt it on.

While we've built a number of different custom casting decks for our rafts over the years but our latest and greatest, is lighter and removable and will work on our older rafts, while still offering plenty of room for you to stand up and cast to those distant toads hiding in plain sight on the flats. 

The casting deck is built using the same diameter, CNC bent, aluminum tubing and TIG welding process as our tried and true frame. It uses a light-weight aluminum deck and soft feeling, light colored EVA foam pad for long days on the water. 

If you want to take your big fish, shallow water fish stalking game to the next level our casting deck is a great way to do it. Go ahead jump up there and take that long shot, that dream fish will probably eat what you are throwing.

Kit includes a quick disconnect for easy on an off and pins for attachment to front casting brace. Mounting the deck to existing raft frames will require the user drilling two holes in the casting brace for pins as well sending measurements to SmithFly HQ to ensure proper fit. 

These are built to order at SmithFly HQ, approximate lead time for delivery is 2-4 weeks depending on current work load and our powder coating vendor's workload etc.
